Owner Richard Mortensen Jr. 30 years experience in the HVAC field. Specializes in all aspects of commercial and residential heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration. Oversees the service crew. Has been working in the field since 1988.	Office Manager Adrienne Been with the company since day one, 10/19/1994. Happy to help with anything you need.	Owner Kevin Rossi 30 years experience in the HVAC field. Specializes in laying out and fabricating ductwork, while overseeing the installation crew. Has been working in the field since 1988.
Ronald (Ron) Amado Lead mechanic of the installation crew with many years experience in the HVAC field. He has been with Atlantic Mechanical since May 2009.	Robert (Bob) Sargenti Part of the service crew with 8 years experience in servicing and repairing air conditioning, heating, and commercial refrigeration.	Jared Majka Works on both installation and service crew. With many years experience in the HVAC field, in addition to having electrical experience.
